Running

I read a number of fitness related blogs, magazines and books.  I came to running in high school and I have very fond memories of running cross country and track.  I returned to running as a fitness activity and it still held the same allure, but without the camaraderie.  Over the past year, I have participated in a number of Colorado Master’s Running Association events and am hoping that running becomes a lifestyle.

The most recent inspiration is a Nike Running advertisement I came across.  I would argue that 99% have a reason why they run.  I would like to be a 1%.  However, I am still concerned about getting old, fat, loved, sleeping well, being happy, etc.
