I finished the 3W Races Erin Go Braugh 7.77K in 49:54. The race was a lot of fun with about 450
runners, most of whom were pretty thrilled about the St. Patrick’s Day
theme. I did not have the opportunity to
stay for the awards or after party, but with that crowd, I am sure it was a
great time.
The course was a pretty nice lollipop that kept participants
pretty well spread out, except for the lead runners who hat to dodge us slower
folks after the turn around. It was well
supported with an aid station at about the one/four mile mark.
There was also a good group of sponsors including FRS
energy, Newton Running Shoes and Bighorn Crossfit.
3W Races continues to put on great local events. Erin Go Braugh supported Growing Home of
Westminster.
