The weather was perfect for my ride into work. Although it is only 8 miles, I rarely take the opportunity as I like to take my kids to school.
The East Interlocken Park breakfast stop was incredible with breakfast pizza, breakfast burritos, bagels, granola, milk, and coffee. Nutritional products from Skratch labs, Honey Stinger and Heed were being given away also. They even had music and a bike mechanic on hand. Thanks so much to all of the volunteers who took the time to be out there. I even won a bicycle bell that will be a nice addition to one of my daughter's bicycles.
Hopefully the ride home is equally pleasant.
