2013 June Goal – Tuesday Vegetarian Day

I completely spaced this goal and did not make any effort to eat vegetarian foods on Tuesdays.  I did eat more vegetarian foods in general during the month of June with several salads, cheese pizza, and two nights of veggie patties.

I have still been avoiding fast foods.  However, I did indulge in two Chick-Fil-A breakfast sandwiches last month.  I have been really good at dinner time to avoid breaded, fried foods.  May was a huge success on avoiding fast foods, which I did nearly entirely except for two indulgences while out of town in New Orleans
.
So my vegetarian Tuesday goal will be shifted to July (replacing the goal to dress nicer at work).  Breakfast will be easy with bagels or eggs.  For lunch I will opt for peanut butter and jelly, egg salad or a green salad.  For dinner I will plan on salad, cheese pizza and veggie patties.


In reference to the other 2013 goals, I still eat a lot of bagels, but am mixing it up.  I got nowhere with the juice meal replacement.  I am still nowhere with the sweets after 5:00 PM.  We are cooking at home a lot more and that feels like a permanent change.
