3W Arctic Half Course Preview

Thanks to 3W Races, Coal Creek Physical Therapy and Endurance House for supporting the course preview for the Arctic Prairie Dog Half Marathon being held January 19th in Louisville.

Despite having turn by turn directions several of us still got off course and got to experience some sections of the course a couple of times.  Fortunately on race day there will be plenty of course marshals and aid stations.  The Endurance House aid station was a welcome sight along with all of the snacks provided by Coal Creek Physical Therapy.  The weather was great and there was a good turn out from some of the new ambassadors and runners from local clubs including CMRA.

Coal Creek also started us off with some dynamic stretching which really seemed to ease the first mile of the run.  Usually I start out a little slower while my body gets ready to run.
