As this has become an annual thing, it is time to post my 2015 swim video captured with the Arvada Triathlon Club. The stroke looks more fluid and my head position is certainly better. By smoothing out my entry, I am definitely pulling less air. I still lead with my elbow (more on the left side than the right), but it is not as pronounced.
Things to work on this year is a flat hand entry. I appear to be entering thumb first. If anything I should be leading pinky first.
