Duparquet Copper Cookware

I am obsessed with world class products when they are within my reach.  I will never own a Lamborghini, but there is no reason I could not own a Duparquet Cooper Pan.

After watching the video, I am now seeking out one of these gems.  The 6 inch egg pan is a mere $175 with a tin lining and $325 with silver lining.  As it is kind of an odd size, it would not be super great for cooking chicken or anything else.

Tin melts at 450 degrees F(well within the range of an absent minded cook).

Silver melts at 1760 degrees F (which would never be an issue).

Granted I could get an egg pan from Walmart for $6 and replace it every 6 months for the rest of my life and it would cost only slightly more than this pan.  But where is the fun in that.
