Breaking Bad Season 4 premiers July 17th and I am starting to get excited for a summer drama. All of my major network shows are in repeat mode and most of our Netflix has been children’s movies.
I caught an episode of Breaking Bad on AMC and was really intrigued by the characters. The lead, Walter White is a chemistry professor and Father who starts manufacturing Methamphetamine to supplement his meager income in light of upcoming expenses.
As an outsider to the world of recreational drug distribution and users, Walter is partnered with a former student, Jesse Pinkman, who happens to be a low level distributor. The storyline gets a little crazy as his wife is in the dark as to his activities and his Brother-in-law is a DEA agent. The hierarchy of drug distributors is also curious as the show portrays street level dealers and cartels.
I watched seasons 1 & 2 on DVD and am now making my way through Season 3. AMC’s advertisers will get their monies worth as I will be watching Season 4 in real time.
