I finally got this dialed in just the way I like it.

Container 8 x 5 x 4" zip bag with mesh pocket.

EDC - Sleeve with band-aids, antiseptic balm, antacid, anti-diarrheal

Kleenex

Hand Sanitizer

Main Compartment (Day Trip) - ibuprofen liquid capsules, inhaler, insect repellent, eye drops, adhesive wrap, Dramamine, cough drops

Extended trip sleeve - anti-histamine, itch cream, cuticle cream, nasal gel

Still some room to add daily medications and cough/cold medication

I purchased some extra sleeves and single use antiseptic.  I would like my daughters to develop a first aid kit with band-aids, antiseptic balm, ibuprofen and develop it over time to meet their lifestyle needs.
